Winn Companies is seeking a Property Manager I to join Waters Edge Apartments, a 91-unit affordable, senior housing community in Chicago, IL. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, financial performance, maintenance, and compliance while delivering exceptional resident service.
The ideal candidate has property management experience, knowledge of LIHTC/HUD programs, and leadership skills. The pay range is $28.85-$29.81 per hour; schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with alternating
