Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a VP Mortgage Lending Originator at Guaranteed Rate Affinity in Chicago, IL. The role involves managing day-to-day mortgage lending operations, overseeing underwriting processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the origination of mortgages.
Qualifications- Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending expertise
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Underwriting processes
- Experience in mortgage origination
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Previous leadership experience in the mortgage industry
- Ability to work both onsite in Chicago, IL and remotely
