Responsibilities include sourcing multifamily originations through an existing network of owners, brokers, and servicers;
working with senior leadership on portfolio and REIT acquisitions; conducting due diligence including legal, accounting, engineering, and financial analysis; underwriting real estate deals; and presenting opportunities to the Acquisition Team and Investment Committee. The role also involves negotiating project financing and managing Acquisitions Analysts. Requires a minimum of 5 years of multifamily acquisitions experience, familiarity with West Coast markets, superior analytical skills, and proficiency in financial modeling.
Extensive travel is required.
