We are seeking a Computational Research Expert with a strong background in Materials Discovery to join our Research & Development Center (R&DC), a strategic program center that drives Aramco’s innovation agenda.

R&DC conducts strategic research, development and demonstration programs to accelerate new technologies in CO₂ reduction, sustainable energy systems and beyond.

Primary role is to build scalable digital platforms that accelerate the deployment of next‑generation technologies and to enable transformative solutions.

• Develop, lead and execute research projects that focus on novel technologies in materials discovery
• Identify collaboration opportunities with leading institutes and pokoj on organizations
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure in‑house technology option deployment
• Conduct outlook studies of emerging technologies in accelerated material discovery
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship fleks>l
• Contribute to technical documentation, patents and publications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (PhD required)
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of conducting advanced technical projects that connect basic science with industrial applications
• Experience in Molecular Dynamics, Density Functional Theory, Generative AI and high‑performance computing
• Proficiency in Python coding
• Excellent command of verbal and written English skills
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia
