• Monitor sales, labor, and operational costs to achieve financial goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and service standards
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
• Support marketing, promotions, and special events to drive traffic and revenue

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a casual fine dining or full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and cost control
