• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with precision and artistry.
• Create and serve signature cocktails and beverages, adhering to recipes and maintaining consistent quality.
• Engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing exceptional service.
• Maintain a well‑organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Educate guests about our coffee and cocktail offerings, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service and timely beverage delivery.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, while also managing tabs and receipts.

• Prior experience as a barista and bartender is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, cocktail preparation, and mixology.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for Caribbean culture and cuisine is a plus.
