Shift Manager – Franchise (6400 Ashland Ave., Chicago, IL)
The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift. They are the “Every Shift” Leader. The role reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises restaurant employees. We are looking for motivated, service‑oriented employees with high school education or GED and a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily shift operations to meet service and quality standards.
- Supervise and coach staff for optimal performance.
- Maintain inventory, safety, and compliance standards.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
