* Chop, slice, and prep your way to culinary greatness! As a Prep Cook, you will support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, and following food safety standards. You'll ensure consistency, speed, and cleanliness while contributing to a smooth and successful service.

* Qualifications:

* + Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs

+ Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and techniques

+ Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

+ Prior prep cook or food service experience preferred

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, measuring, and mixing

+ Follow recipes and portioning standards accurately

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas

+ Label, date, and store prepped items according to food safety standards

+ Communicate with kitchen team to ensure readiness and efficiency
