We are currently seeking an energetic Front of House Manager who has a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others. As a Front of House Manager, you will be the right hand to our General Manager, providing guests with the best possible experience and exemplifying our core values.
You will also assist the General Manager in ensuring that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets and oversees the restaurant’s preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness.
- Desire and motivation to work with a lot of energy and positivity
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (Open Table, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce)
- Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
- Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
- A good sense of humor
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Work with great people who love hospitality
