We are currently seeking an experienced full-time PM Line Cook to join our culinary crew who are passionate, creative and care deeply about the food they create.
* Minimum2 years experience is required*

  • Hourly rate is $19+ share of tips (typically $4-5 per hour) distributed on a bi-weekly basis, based on hours worked (historical average hourly rate $23-$24)

Responsibilities and Qualifications :
  • Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items and weekly specials
  • Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and / or special requests
  • Available to work Wednesday-Sunday3 - 11pmwith flexibility on starting time
  • Willingness to learn a new cuisine
  • Get along well with others and be a team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including knives
  • Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
  • Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to read a thermometer correctly
  • Maintain menu item counts and communicate to chefs when quantities are low
  • Accurately account for all items prepped
  • Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders / restrictions
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed
  • Food Handler Certificate required
