Role Overview :
As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your dedication to cleanliness, organization, and teamwork ensures our culinary team can deliver outstanding food in a safe and sanitary environment.
Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, including floors, walls, trash bins, and drains.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing storage areas and walk-ins.
• Ensure dishware is stocked and ready for service throughout the shift.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to support prep and service operations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures consistently.
• Take out trash and recycling as needed and assist in closing duties.

Qualifications:

• Food Handler's Certificate required or willingness to obtain.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to cleanliness.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
