Bartender

Starting pay $12.62 plus tips.

Responsibilities
  • Mix and serve drink orders to customers.
  • Verify age requirements and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
  • Know alcohol pairings, tastes, and how to make traditional and classic drinks.
  • Process payments and manage inventory.
  • Clean bar supplies and maintain a tidy workspace.
Skills Required
  • High‑level customer service and effective communication with guests and team members.
  • Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure under pressure.
Experience / Education
  • Previous bartending experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol per state law.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • TIPS certification preferred;
    Allergy Awareness training helpful.
Physical Demands
  • Very physically demanding, requiring extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling.
