Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.

• Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for the next guest.
• Maintains cleanliness of server stations. Wipes down tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary.
• Helps servers with water service to guarantee guests always have water at their table.
• Transports all dirty dishes and glassware from the dining room to the bussing station.
• Performs any general cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Performs all assigned side work, including polishing plates and restocking the server station.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
