Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, bar-forward, or craft cocktail setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service; ability to mix, pour, and serve consistently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable bar and dining experiences.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders, tabs, and payments.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid alcohol service certification.
Physical stamina to stand, shake cocktails, carry trays, and move quickly for extended periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in table sections.
Engage guests with genuine hospitality, making recommendations, describing cocktails, and enhancing their overall experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including proper rotation of products and adherence to safety standards.
Manage tabs and process payments accurately and efficiently.
Support servers and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
Assist with bar prep, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Server ResponsibilitiesTake and enter food and beverage orders from assigned tables, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests or dietary needs.
Deliver food and drinks promptly, following proper serving techniques and presentation standards.
Regularly check in on tables, refill drinks, clear plates, and reset for new guests.
Communicate effectively with the bar and kitchen to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
Maintain cleanliness in service areas and assist with side work when needed
Host ResponsibilitiesGreet and seat guests warmly, setting the tone for their experience.
Manage reservations and walk-ins to maximize flow and guest satisfaction.
Communicate clearly with servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service transitions.
Provide guests with information, recommendations, and assistance while handling concerns in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
