As the Team Leader at Protein Bar & Kitchen, you are responsible for the daily operations at your store. In the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, the Team Leader duties include ensuring effective restaurant operations, providing top quality food and beverages while maintaining strong cleanliness standards, running great shifts by following standards, controlling labor and COGS, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The goal of Protein Bar & Kitchen is to identify and exceed objectives in driving sales, maintaining food and labor costs, developing your team, running a great restaurant and serving our customers.

Maintaining a positive morale among the team members, providing direction, and delegating effectively

Foreseeing, identifying, and resolving any potential issues or problems throughout the shift

At least 18 years of age

At least 1 or 2 years of Shift Manager exprience

Clear and professional demeanor

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency

Initiative, drive and a self-starting work ethic

Detail orientated, efficient, and organized

Strong guest service and hospitality skills

Passion for nutrition and active lifestyle a major plus

Ability to work up to 40 hours per week

Ability to stand/walk 5-8 hours per shift

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently

Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry

Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors

Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
