We’re currently seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join our growing fast-casual restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity for hands-on leaders who thrive in high-energy environments and lead with warmth, integrity, and excellence.

What You’ll Do
• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining Dos Toros’ high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Cultivate a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and genuine hospitality
• Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Stay organized, calm, and solutions-focused during peak service times
• Lead by example—jumping in wherever needed to support the team and guest experience

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in fast casual or quick service restaurants
• A warm, positive, and enthusiastic leadership style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a deep commitment to food safety and cleanliness
• High energy, strong work ethic, and physical dexterity
• Open availability, including nights and weekends
• A genuine passion for Dos Toros, our guests, and our food
