Complimentary Breakfast Attendant and Cook - Part Time

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-focused team member to support our breakfast service and kitchen operations on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for preparing and presenting complimentary breakfast items, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensuring guests receive excellent service each morning. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food presentation and cleanliness, and contributes to a positive guest experience.

• Prepare, cook, and replenish breakfast items according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Set up the breakfast area before service and ensure all items are stocked and ready for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food service areas, dining space, and equipment.
• Monitor food temperatures, freshness, and presentation throughout the breakfast period.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to questions or special requests in a courteous manner.
• Restock supplies, beverages, utensils, and serving items as needed.
• Wash dishes, clean counters, and complete end-of-shift sanitation and closing tasks.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling procedures.
• Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or guest concerns to management in a timely manner.

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Basic cooking and food preparation skills with the ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during early morning hours.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, bending, and carrying tasks as needed.

• Experience preparing breakfast foods in a hotel, restaurant, or cafeteria setting.
• Knowledge of buffet service and replenishment procedures.
• Experience operating standard kitchen equipment safely.
