** What You'll Do
*** Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service
* Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members
* Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards
* Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met
* Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience
* Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately
* Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash accountability, and shift execution
* Monitor productivity and overall shift performance
* Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Support the training and development of new and existing team members
* Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift
* Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift
* Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out and scheduling procedures
* Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to ensure timely arrival
* Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with strong attention to detail
* Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures
* Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job
* Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect

** What We're Looking For
*** Must be 18 years of age or older
* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
* Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift
* Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts
* Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies
* Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
* Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently
* TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
* 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
* Previous leadership, keyholder, or shift management experience is a plus
* Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift
* Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers
* Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems
* Ability to taste-test products as part of quality control processes
* Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and guest service skills
* Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of…
