Style Advisor, Gold Coast

Overview

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisor to join the Equinox Gold Coast team. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

The Style Advisor provides a total and unparalleled customer experience to all visitors of Equinox and The Shop. The Style Advisor takes direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with all company policies and procedures, and assists with timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.

• Sales & Service:
  Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal); ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox; maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Operational Excellence:
  Uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies; understand and complete all communication and training materials; assist Shop MOD with timely/accurate completion of all assigned operational tasks.
• Product & Presentation:
  Ensure The Shop reflects the company brand standards; assist with merchandising and marketing direction; adhere to The Shop dress code; maintain housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps and in stockrooms.
• Professional Dimension:
  Build effective relationships with colleagues and clients; stay informed about happenings and practices outside The Shop to encourage team spirit; comply with and enforce all company policies; communicate clearly and diplomatically at all levels.

• The ability to take direction
• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail
• Hardworking and diligent; honest with personal integrity
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
• Available to work a varied schedule based on the needs of our unique retail business

Pay Transparency: $17.10 per hour, ability to earn additional incentives
