Warehouse Associate

East Bank Club is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate will support the retail warehouse operations by maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. This position will help receive merchandise and prep the merchandise for the sales floor. We are looking for a positive attitude that embraces EBC’s culture of a first-class facility.

Pay Rate: $18:00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.

Part-time: 20 hours per week.

• Support daily warehouse operations, including accurate and timely receiving of all incoming shipments.
• Check in and receive all merchandise against purchase orders and packing slips. Communicate any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Bring up merchandise to the store which includes carrying boxes, bringing up rolling racks, and pushing a flatbed with merchandise.
• Ensure all merchandise is prepared for the floor—including tagging, hanging up, steaming, and putting sensors on merchandise.
• Pick up deliveries from Fed Ex, UPS, and other delivery services in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible warehouse environment to support overall team efficiency which includes organizing warehouse shelves, sweeping, breaking down boxes, organizing boxes and rolling racks, putting away merchandise brought down from The Shop, and cleaning off the warehouse counter.
• Assist with taking fixtures on or off the floor.
• Maintain working knowledge of all retail products offered in The Shop.
• Answer the warehouse phone line to assist The Shop team.
• Demonstrate a consistent, high-level work ethic.
• Must be a team player.

• Onsite in a work facility with stairs and an elevator.
• Abilities to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend over, squat, reach, lift, and carry merchandise.
• Must be able to transport merchandise to many levels of the club via stairs, ramps, or elevator.

• Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
• Minimum or 1 year experience in retail or warehouse operations.
