What You’ll Do Lead Retail Digital User Experience & Strategy- Lead and define the digital experience for retail users across the company's website and mobile app.
- Collaborate with the retail team to establish desired user experience (UX) and work with the digital team to ensure successful implementation.
- Understand retail user behavior and be the overall expert on their digital experience across all global digital assets.
- Develop communications strategy for how we engage the retail trader audience, including email marketing and newsletters (InFOCUS daily newsletter).
- Create and execute a social media and content strategy for the retail trader.
- Work with the Retail Education and Communications/Broadcast team to ensure the right content is used and produced for the different channel strategies.
- Establish consistent methods to capture client intelligence and research.
- Lead interviews, surveys and other methods to capture the pulse of the retail trader as well as other intelligence across our marketplace.
- Share that intelligence across our team and key stakeholders.
- Analyze activity performance, leverage data insights, share results, and optimize engagement to support business growth.

- You’re encouraged to think outside the box and to test bold ideas. This space is rapidly evolving and we need to stay at the forefront of how to best engage and support the retail trader.
- Experience:
5+ years of marketing leadership experience, with significant time spent in Fin Tech, online brokerage, investment education, or a closely related field. Direct experience with derivatives, crypto and prediction markets preferred. - Trader Mindset:
You understand the vernacular, the risk tolerance and the overall unique persona of the active trader. - Data-Driven:
Proficiency in marketing analytics and a track record of using data to iterate on activities and allocate budgets effectively. - Effective Communicator:
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. - Passion for Trading:
You’re curious, adaptable and excited to learn about the evolving world of retail trading and investing.
CME Group is committed to offering a competitive total rewards package for our employees that recognizes their contributions to the business and reflects our long‑term investment in their future. The pay ranges for this role based on location are:
Chicago: $105,800–$176,300;
New York/New Jersey: $116,300–$193,900. Compensation also includes an annual target bonus opportunity for all employees, and the opportunity to become an owner in the company through our broad-based equity program.
