Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T1924) role  starting hourly rate is $17.50 USD per hour; the pay range is $17.50 USD – $26.25 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting them with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and help solve their specific questions or problems.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with safety and legal requirements.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute pricing updates, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures affecting inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to handle cash operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely; frequently lifting or moving up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Occasional exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements depending on duties.
