Chocolate Concierge - Vosges Haut-Chocolat - $20-$24/hour
DescriptionJoin Vosges Haut-Chocolat as a Chocolate Concierge and help share our luxurious, globally inspired confections with the world. We're seeking warm, food-loving individuals who are passionate about storytelling through chocolate and delivering an exceptional guest experience. As a Concierge, you'll educate guests on our unique products, handle transactions, maintain a clean boutique environment, and ensure every interaction is delightful and memorable.

- Provide exceptional guest service by prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times
- Greet guests warmly with eye contact and a smile
- Educate guests on Vosges Haut-Chocolat products and brand story
- Process sales transactions and follow all cash handling procedures
- Promote and explain in-store marketing promotions
- Assist with new product rollouts and actively sell to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boutique environment
- Handle guest concerns respectfully and with urgency
- Communicate guest feedback to management
- Complete boutique opening and closing procedures
- Participate in putting away weekly chocolate shipments and monthly inventory counts
- Experience in specialty retail or a customer-focused environment
- Friendly and guest service oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Neat and clean hygiene
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Team player
- Interest in chocolate and foodie culture
- Ability to stand/walk 8 hours
- Must be able to lift to 20 pounds occasionally
- Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
- Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
- $20 per hour
