Provide customer service at checkout and on the sales floor while supporting the Jellycat department. Help keep the department organized and assist customers with purchases, transactions, and store services.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with sales, returns, and other transactions at checkout and over the phone.
- Keep the cash wrap and sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
- Stay informed about products and trends and help customers make purchase decisions.
- Tell customers about upcoming events, gift cards, and rewards, and support order fulfillment and pickup as needed.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
