Support the store's receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations by processing merchandise and preparing customer orders. Contribute to efficient store operations through attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
- Locate and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
- Pack shipments using approved techniques and participate in returns, price changes, and other logistics initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support the store during high-volume events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
