Summary
Guide and inspire customers by creating a personal, engaging shopping experience in store and online. Build long-term client relationships through gracious service, fashion knowledge, and styling support.
Responsibilities- Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting in-store and online clients and using technology effectively.
- Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, sales-floor standards, and fitting-room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret instructions and procedures.
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
