Brand Ambassador​/Event Sales Rep

As a TIAEL Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our brand at pop-ups, markets, and special events throughout Chicago. You’ll pick up event materials from our studio located in Bridgeport, drive (or use our company vehicle) to the event, set up the booth, sell candles, break down, and return everything after the event. Events may take place in various neighborhoods and suburbs throughout the Chicagoland area, so ambassadors should be comfortable with travel within the city and nearby regions.

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Access to a vehicle is a plus (not required)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be organized, punctual, and reliable
• Must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 40 lbs
• Must not have fragrance sensitivities or allergies that may interfere with product interaction
• Must be 18 or older and eligible to work as a 1099 contractor
• Outgoing, effortlessly cool, and confident speaking to people
• Hustle-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Socially plugged in with connections in the Chicagoland community
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Able to lift and transport materials and set up a booth independently
• Base pay starts at $50 per event (varies based on event duration + distance)
• 10% commission on personal sales
• Bonus pay for hitting market sales goals
• Flexible schedule — ambassadors sign up for events based on availability

• Company vehicle available for qualified ambassadors
