Job Description
Matrix is looking for a dynamic, detail oriented, individual able to work in a team atmosphere with a small, rapidly growing broker dealer. This professional will work with senior management and technical/sales teams to assist with the day-to-day operations of the broker dealer. The responsibilities for this position include:
- Assisting in client onboarding
- Assisting clients to properly allocate trade executions to proper accounts
- Assisting the operations team with client, trading, or technical issues
- Updating various client databases
- Working closely with Business Development, Management and Sales to manage exchange revenue programs
- Assisting the business development group analyze order execution data.
- Help in other departments as appropriate
The qualified candidate should be a university level education or equivalent. FINRA Series 7 (or the ability to pass within 3 months) required. A background in the broker‑dealer industry, along with capital market and basic option knowledge is highly recommended. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills (oral and written), be a motivated self‑starter, organized and someone who enjoys working in a team atmosphere.
