Role Description

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Frank Cooper - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Life, Health, Auto, and Fire insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, State Farm products, and compliance regulations.
  • Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts to enhance agency presence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience, preferably within a State Farm agency or similar environment.
  • Fully licensed in Life, Health, Auto, and Fire insurance in the state of Illinois.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
