National Account Manager, Convenience

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our Convenience (C-Store) channel strategy across the U.S.
• Manage and expand existing customer partnerships, ensuring strong performance and alignment with Nature’s Path’s values and priorities.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities — from regional chains to national C-Store banners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Insights, Innovation and Supply Chain to deliver dynamic options.
• Leverage data and insights to identify trends, craft persuasive customer stories, and unlock new distribution.
• Drive excellence in forecasting, promotional planning, and trade investment management. You will manage a P&L, have a business forward mind-set and know your numbers.

• A relationship builder who can connect with buyers, brokers, and internal partners with ease.
• Passionate about food, sustainability, and being part of a winning team.
• 5+ years of relevant CPG sales experience, ideally in food or natural products.
• Proven success managing and growing key retail or C-Store accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• This is a remote role with travel.
• We will consider candidates located in Central US preferred, but flexible.
• Salary range of $135,000 - $155,000 based on experience.
• Annual bonus of 20% based on individual and company performance.
