As a growing startup, Alpha3 Logistics is growing its carrier sales team and is looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to join our fast‑paced environment. This side of business is critical to our growth and we are looking for an individual that has carrier experience to take inbound calls and make outbound calls to identify carriers that are qualified and fit the requirements within budget while meeting/exceeding our customer expectations.

• Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships.
• Negotiate price and improve efficiency.
• Proactively recognize issues and communicate with the sales/ops team to provide the best solutions.
• Work hand in hand with sales team providing quotes, updates, and carrier capacity.
• Resolve issues in real‑time.

• At minimum 1 year of carrier logistics sales.
• Ability to negotiate and have a good understanding of the market.
• Can efficiently manage a fast‑paced environment, be able to multi‑task, all while driving results.
• Capable of working independently, but most importantly with a team and partner with our customer sales team.
• Strong verbal that demonstrate your ability to work with drivers, dispatchers, and others on the carrier side of business.
• Ability to problem solve and be flexible with carriers and clients.

Alpha3 is growing its new office in downtown Chicago, and are seeking experienced candidates with strong communication skills, has knowledge of the ever‑changing logistics and transportation market, and is seeking a company where you can be on ground floor of our explosive growth. In order to be considered for this role you must have at minimum 1 year of experience as a carrier representative as we look for team members that can hit the ground running!
