- Gather and analyze market data to present solutions for brand growth
- Associate’s degree or relevant experience;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Must reside within the assigned territory
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster high-quality working relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn in-house programs
- Experience in industries with significant growth in sales, such as appliance, agricultural equipment, or power tools
- CRM data management experience
- Ability and willingness to lift 40-50 lbs for event setups
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel extensively, especially during peak seasons
