We are seeking a candidate who will target, develop, and manage national and multi‑market cross‑platform campaigns. This role requires excellent rapport with clients and agencies, and strong relationships with current and potential national advertisers.
What You’ll Do- Develop new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow current partnerships; maintain and develop relationships with key clients and strategy & investment leads.
- Identify client/agency needs, develop proposals and maximize opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare custom turnkey proposals from start to finish.
- Follow all procedures for orders, billing, reporting, forecasts and competitive analysis.
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing spend per account and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiate rates, collect payments, and control receivables.
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly across the organization and expectations are met.
- Use iHeart
Media’s portfolio of network/regional radio, podcast, digital, social, data and event marketing platforms to drive results. - Create, propose and close innovative advertising campaigns.
- Minimum two years of media sales experience, including digital sales.
- Great interest and knowledge of radio and all forms of audio.
- Skilled at prospecting, understanding the consumer sales cycle, negotiating and closing.
- Ability to sell network and regional radio, podcast, digital advertising, social and event marketing programs.
- Existing relationships that allow advertising with Premiere Networks, Total Traffic, Weather Network, and iHeart
Media. - Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing proficiency.
- Strong client‑service relationship‑building skills.
- Attention to detail and high work standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social networking platforms.

CompensationSalary to be determined by relevant experience and market data, plus commissions. Base range: $84,000 – $105,000
