• Build relationships and follow up with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Proactively market, quote, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service, supporting policy changes, billing, and claims.
• Meet individual and team sales targets with commission incentives.

• Bilingual:
  Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Natural salesperson – outgoing, motivated by success, and comfortable making calls.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• New grads or experienced sales/customer service candidates welcome.
• Must obtain Illinois insurance licenses—training and support provided.

Compensación $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
