We are partnering with a fast‑growing food manufacturing organization focused on oils, lards, and shortenings used in QSR frying, industrial applications, and CPG ingredient manufacturing. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Account Manager who will manage a portfolio of core accounts and drive new business across restaurant chains, food service distributors, and ingredient/industrial customers.
This role requires a 4‑day hybrid schedule. A relocation package is available for candidates out of state.
Sales Account Manager Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing core customer accounts across restaurant, food service, and ingredient channels.
- Develop new business within prioritized segments; build and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Create sales plans to achieve volume, margin, and KPI targets.
- Partner with Finance, Sourcing, and Customer Service to deliver pricing, forecasting, and best‑in‑class service.
- Lead contract renewals, RFP responses, and negotiation strategies.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in food, food service, ingredients, or food manufacturing at the local level.
- Experience selling into restaurant chains, distributors, or manufacturers.
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 20–30% and work in a hybrid environment.
- Oils, shortenings, fats, or ingredient sales experience.
- Experience supporting QSRs or multi‑unit restaurant groups.
Base Salary up to $140,000. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage; discretionary bonus up to 25% (50% personal performance based & 50% company performance); profit sharing (minimum 3% annually, feeding retirement); and 120 hours PTO in the first 12 months.
