Dana Rebecca Designs is seeking a motivated fine jewelry sales professional who excels at creating meaningful client connections through curated private showings, personalized virtual appointments, and exclusive events. This role focuses on building a loyal client base, delivering an elevated and highly personalized experience at every step.

What You’ll Do
  • Build your client network through virtual consultations, social media engagement, referrals, and event networking
  • Execute and host virtual and private appointments, presenting collections with tailored recommendations based on each client’s style and occasion
  • Represent the brand at pop-ups, trunk shows, and partner activations, engaging attendees and capturing leads
  • Support clients at our Chicago showroom location: 676 N Michigan Ave
  • Track key client milestones to recommend meaningful purchases
  • Maintain detailed records of preferences, wish lists, and purchase history for personalized outreach
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Provide exceptional aftercare to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
What You Bring
  • Sales experience in fine jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end client services
  • Active, revenue-producing client book (required)
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to attract new clientele and uncover sales opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational skills for managing client portfolios
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive energy that embraces DRD’s core values
