Net Suite – Regional Sales Director – UpMarket West – High‑Tech

Join Net Suite’s Direct Sales team in a fast‑paced, innovative environment that serves Mid‑Market and Corporate SMB customers. The role requires a proven sales leader with experience managing inside and outside sales representatives.

• Lead, develop, and coach a high‑performing team of outside (field) sales representatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and quota targets at individual and team levels.
• Recruit, onboard, and train sales talent, focusing on sales strategy and deep product knowledge of Net Suite solutions.
• Monitor demand generation, track sales activity, and report on performance metrics.
• Craft compelling solution proposals that address the full suite of business applications.

• Minimum 3 years of closing experience or sales management experience in SaaS/technology sales.
• Strong understanding of accounting, business, e‑commerce, ERP or CRM solutions, and the ability to negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas and meeting or surpassing performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills for a high‑volume sales team.
• Demonstrated passion for technology, strong work ethic, focus, and communication skills.
