OBJECTIVE
Responsible for sales growth of assigned accounts and new business development in a pre-determined geographic area, through forecasting, prospecting, presentations and closing of sales orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Formulate sales plans according to overall company growth strategies
- Manage and meet sales goals
- Confer with customers and other engineers to assess needs and to determine sealing solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to prospective customers
- Communicate new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments and information collected during field activities to Director of US Sales
- Follow‑up on referrals and new leads resulting in field activities
- Develop and maintain technical sealing knowledge regarding the application specifics around, speed, temperature, application, media, and pressure, etc.
- Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
- Participate in marketing events and shows
- Ability to drive an opportunity through the sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Work with marketing to prepare targeted campaigns and outreach
- Lead the pursuit of large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder agreements, managing long sales cycles with complex commercial and technical requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales target
- Meet assigned growth KPIs
- Achieve strategic customer objectives
- Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline on track with growth expectations
- Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years track record of successful sales
- Knowledge of seals and sealing solutions a benefit
- Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong strategic planning and project management abilities
- Excellent Computer skills including, Microsoft Office, and CRM preferably Hub Spot
- Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate complex projects across multiple departments
- Familiar with Insight and Value Selling
