OBJECTIVE

Responsible for sales growth of assigned accounts and new business development in a pre-determined geographic area, through forecasting, prospecting, presentations and closing of sales orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formulate sales plans according to overall company growth strategies
  • Manage and meet sales goals
  • Confer with customers and other engineers to assess needs and to determine sealing solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to prospective customers
  • Communicate new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments and information collected during field activities to Director of US Sales
  • Follow‑up on referrals and new leads resulting in field activities
  • Develop and maintain technical sealing knowledge regarding the application specifics around, speed, temperature, application, media, and pressure, etc.
  • Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
  • Participate in marketing events and shows
  • Ability to drive an opportunity through the sales pipeline from prospecting to close
  • Work with marketing to prepare targeted campaigns and outreach
  • Lead the pursuit of large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder agreements, managing long sales cycles with complex commercial and technical requirements.

  • Achieve assigned sales target
  • Meet assigned growth KPIs
  • Achieve strategic customer objectives
  • Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
  • Maintain a dynamic pipeline on track with growth expectations
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration
  • Minimum 1-2 years track record of successful sales
  • Knowledge of seals and sealing solutions a benefit
  • Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong strategic planning and project management abilities
  • Excellent Computer skills including, Microsoft Office, and CRM preferably Hub Spot
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate complex projects across multiple departments
  • Familiar with Insight and Value Selling
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
