Joining the talented Sales team at #TeamIZEA, the VP of Sales , CPG will play a critical role in driving enterprise growth and expanding our footprint within the world’s leading consumer brands. We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and fearless sales leader, a true hunter who thrives on creating connections, opening doors at Fortune 500 companies, and closing high impact partnerships that bring IZEA’s creator driven solutions to life.

Your responsibilities and contributions will drive growth

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise CPG clients by identifying, engaging, and nurturing key prospects through data driven research and relationship building.

• Develop and present influencer marketing strategies, concepts, and investment models that drive measurable business impact.

• Act as a trusted ambassador for IZEA , leveraging your personal brand and CPG network to tell our story, open doors, and spark new opportunities.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the Creator Economy landscape and IZEA’s differentiators to strategically position our offerings.

• Use data, forecasting, and market insights to inform decisions, track progress, and ensure alignment with our financial goals.

• Demonstrate exceptional prospecting and outreach skills to drive consistent revenue growth and deliver against sales targets.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in your daily work, including maintaining client information hygiene, budgeting, forecasting, and financial goal tracking.

• Make informed business decisions based on a combination of quantitative data and qualitative, instinct-driven insights.

• Demonstrate excellent lead generation, outbound prospecting, and email outreach skills

Requirements

Your background and experience will lead to success

• 10+ years of Sales experience in advertising , media, social platforms, or marketing services

• A strong track record for winning multi million dollar clients new clients and managing the sales process from end to end

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences

• Exceptional ability to speak in front of C‑suite leaders, small and large audiences.

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire creative individuals while engaging analytical marketers.

• Deep knowledge of modern marketing techniques, workflows, and best practices.

• A contagious positive attitude, just like your future IZEAn colleagues.

• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and creator content that performs for brands.

• Familiar with modern day marketing tools such as Apollo, Salesforce, Linkedin Navigator, etc.

At IZEA, we’re committed to creating an environment where team members can thrive professionally and personally. We value transparency and equity, and in line with state regulations, we proudly share salary ranges to support fair compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $110,000 – $120,000 plus Sales and Annual Incentive Plan, based on your overall knowledge, skills and abilities aligned to the role.
