We are looking for a motivated, upbeat Inside Sales Specialist to help take our business to the next level. If you're a self-starter with a passion for customer service, relationship building, and driving results, we want to hear from you!
This position will participate in community events, festivals, trade shows, and off‑site activities to drive visibility to potential customers and future sales. You will also contact existing customers for renewals, maintenance appointments, and commercial service agreements.

Inside Sales Specialist
Work HoursMonday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with ability to work weekends as needed.
Pay Scale$20.00 per hour + commission.
What You Will Be Doing- Work both indoors and outdoors.
- In-field/public settings.
- Participate in community events, local fests, etc.
- Support inside sales by following up with customers.
- Engage with homeowners on the phone to inform them about HVAC products and services, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Schedule appointments for HVAC sales representatives to conduct in-depth consultations and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring a seamless transition of leads to the sales team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Self-starter, reliable, flexible with hours.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Tech‑savvy.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills at a sales level.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Walking and standing for the majority of the shift during events.
- Light lifting to transfer marketing materials to and from events.
