About The TeamThe ad sales team develops and grows Door Dash’s largest advertising partnerships. We build an industry‑leading CPG ads and promotions business across core categories to become the single best place for brands to market to local customers.
AboutThe Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive – CPG Ads, you build partnerships that create value for Door Dash and advertisers. You manage the ads strategy across a focused portfolio of CPG accounts, drive adoption of our growing ads and promotions offering, and collaborate cross‑functionally with account management, marketing, analytics and product to shape future solutions. You report into an Industry Manager within the CPG Ad Sales organization.
Category focus could include beverages, household, personal care, sweets, pets, snacks, pantry or alcohol.
- Join a rapidly growing team within the Door Dash Ads & Promos org.
- Lead end‑to‑end advertising conversations across a portfolio of CPG advertisers.
- Drive product/feature adoption and grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for Door Dash.
- Represent advertiser needs to influence the Ads & Promos product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and create annual and quarterly plans to achieve ambitious goals.
- Co‑develop pitch materials and processes to enable future scale of the team and business.
- Consultative seller with 3‑5+ years of digital media experience.
- Expert at using data and insights to inform recommendations rooted in advertiser objectives.
- Background in CPG advertising, marketing or sales, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Understanding of digital ads measurement basics – attribution, funnel metrics.
- Strong written, verbal communication, presentations and ability to operate across multiple organizational levels.
- Skilled at managing a sales pipeline and juggling short‑ and mid‑term impact.
- Nice to have: experience with restaurant advertisers or similar.

Base salary localized based on work location. Compensation includes equity grants, sales commission and opportunities for total on‑target earnings. Talk to your recruiter for details.

Paid Time Off Details- Salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- Hourly roles: vacation accrued at ~1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked; paid sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
The national base pay range for this position in the United States (including Illinois and Colorado) is $84,840—$124,800 USD. Total on‑target earnings (base plus commission) is $141,400—$208,000 USD.
