As we enter an exciting growth phase, we’re hiring our first sales leader to own go-to-market execution and be the face of Revailo in the industry.

As our Founding Sales Lead, you’ll have the rare opportunity to build a modern sales organization from the ground up. You will champion a game‑changing product that practically sells itself once masons see the time savings and operational lift it provides. This role is perfect for a driven, strategic sales leader who thrives in early‑stage startups, understands the trades ecosystem, and is energized by selling cutting‑edge tech that solves real‑world problems.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build, execute, and continuously refine Revailo’s sales strategy to accelerate ARR growth
- Identify and focus on high‑value customer segments where our AI advantage is most significant
- Create and manage a predictable, transparent pipeline
- Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, demos, and industry events
- Activate your network and build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, associations, and influencers
- Translate our AI value into real‑world ROI conversations with business owners
- Develop playbooks, qualification frameworks, outreach cadences, and demo proficiency
- Optimize CRM usage, pipeline tracking, KPIs, and forecasting rigor
- Identify and test new channels—including partnerships—to rapidly expand reach
- Partner closely with marketing on messaging, campaigns, enablement, and demand generation
- Bring clear customer insight to the product team to enhance automation capabilities and competitive differentiation
- Hire and develop additional AEs/BDRs as we scale
- Architect compensation plans, territories, and performance metrics
- 5+ years of high‑performing B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with SMB/field service clientele
- Experience selling new‑technology or workflow‑automation products with strong ROI outcomes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort building systems, not just running them
- Strong public‑facing presence at events and in product demonstrations
- Exceptional communication: translating complex AI into simple time‑saving value messages
- Existing network in trades (masonry, concrete, plumbing, electrical, roofing, fencing, etc.)
- Experience as first sales hire or at a seed/Series A startup
- History selling into industries undergoing digital transformation
- Clear ICP and sales motion codified within the first 90 days
- Strong pipeline and revenue predictability by month 6
- Replicable playbooks and messaging based on proven customer outcomes
- First additional sales hire onboarded and enabling accelerated growth
