RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer assistance to or direction to any and all customers who enter the dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with our employees to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Training will be provided to help with your transition to our dealership

REQUIREMENTS

• Automotive experience is not required! Willing to train!
• Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
• Must be interested in working within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
