Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Manager with a strong track record of high performance. You will own a book of enterprise customers, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer success across the organization.
Responsibilities- Operate as the main customer point of contact for employers with 1,000+ employees, managing a book of 35–50 customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of Built In’s platform, products, and internal tools.
- Conduct discovery calls and secure meetings with key decision‑makers, focusing on driving revenue generation.
- Articulate Built In’s talent solutions to motivate clients to adopt innovative ways of connecting value with their customers.
- Escalate or involve relevant internal counterparts when needed to help customers achieve intended outcomes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasts.
- Create and implement strategic plans for your book, continuously refining and enhancing the sales process.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to shape improvements.
- Consistently meet or exceed both quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates to improve the customer experience.
- 6+ years of relevant sales experience.
- 3+ years in enterprise account management.
- Experience with SaaS and consultative sales.
- Experience managing customer relationships.
- Experience owning renewals and product expansion.
- Proven history of overachieving quota and driving results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience speaking to C‑Level executives.
- Ability to lead with solutions when challenges arise.
Base salary: $115,000 per year. Eligible for variable compensation up to $115,000, based on performance. Total compensation may vary based on qualification, experience and location.
