We’re a progressive, full-service ad agency located in Chicago’s River North. We’re growing, and we’re searching for a savvy Account Executive with 3-5 years of ad agency experience to help lead key accounts, build strong client relationships, and co-create campaigns that truly drive results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead key accounts and manage day-to-day client relationships.
  • Collaborate with our talented creative team to deliver on-time, on-budget projects that exceed expectations.
  • Bring strategic insights and tactical execution to every account you touch.
  • Mentor junior team members and be a driving force for growth — for our clients and our agency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A relationship builder who can own and drive clients’ business success.
  • A creative thinker with the organizational chops to juggle multiple accounts seamlessly.
  • Chicago-based professionals ready to work on-site 5 days a week in our River North office.

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years of ad agency experience (required).
  • Expertise in managing multiple clients, timelines, and workflows.
  • Presentation skills and the ability to sell and defend agency work.
  • An interest in mentoring junior account team members is a plus!
