Opportunity:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own full-cycle new business sales into US law firms of roughly 10–100 lawyers, closing complex 50k–150kARR SaaS deals over 6–9 month sales cycles.
Around 40% of pipeline comes from inbound interest, with additional opportunities generated via outbound activity, SDR support, events, and channel partners in a collaborative 20-person sales team.
What You’ll Do- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes with managing partners and senior decision makers at mid-sized law firms.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, leveraging strong marketing, SDR, and partner support while also self-generating opportunities.
- Articulate the value of AI-driven automation in improving billable utilization, profitability, and compliance for law firms.
- Forecast accurately and contribute to a high-performance culture within an experienced enterprise sales team.
4+ years’ experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive closing new business deals of at least $50kARR
- Proven track record winning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ideally 6–9 months in length, with consistent quota attainment.
- Consultative hunter mindset, comfortable selling into professional services or similar environments; legal tech experience is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to translate product capabilities into business outcomes for senior legal and operations leaders.
Competitive base salary of $120k–$150k with realistic OTE up to $320k, plus equity and uncapped accelerators.
Clear path into Strategic AE or Regional Lead positions, with strong onboarding, enablement, and ongoing investment in professional development.
