Serenity Thrive provides structured, education-based programs focused on personal effectiveness and professional skill development. We are seeking an Education Program Sales Advisor to support individuals who have requested information about our programs.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity suited to professionals who enjoy consultative conversations, clear communication, and flexible scheduling.

• Conduct scheduled phone or video consultations with interested individuals
• Provide accurate, professional information about available education programs
• Support prospective participants through the enrollment process
• Track follow-up and activity using CRM tools
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism
• Coaching, mentoring and training

This is a commission-based independent contractor role
. Compensation is paid per completed enrollment. There is no base salary or hourly wage
. Earnings vary based on individual performance.

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote environment
• Experience in education, admissions, sales, or customer service is an asset
• Comfortable using video conferencing and online communication tools

• Remote opportunity (U.S. and Canada)
• Independent contractor engagement (not an employee position)
• Must be legally eligible to work in your country of residence
