Overview

Domestic LTL/FTL Sales Executive — Salary: $65k to $95k, commensurate with experience. Excellent company benefits: 401k, dental, health, life insurance, paid time off, vision, car allowance, commission. Book of business advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and qualification of new business through prospecting in a domestic market.
  • Outside business-to-business (B2B) sales to drive growth, with unlimited growth potential and uncapped residual commission in addition to base salary.
  • Maintain a competitive and motivated mindset with a focus on new business development.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of current/recent Domestic Sales experience in a freight forwarding organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
  • Proven success in generating/qualifying leads with a hunter mentality.
  • High energy with a professional personal brand and executive presence.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment.
  • Effective communicator with strong business acumen and intuition.
  • Self-starter with strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail to drive profitability.
  • Ability to think strategically about the personal impact to the client’s long-term business strategy.
  • Team-oriented with a drive to contribute as a high-value team member.
