Enhance the client experience during the seasonal period by welcoming customers, supporting the selling team, and providing exceptional service. Work across store areas based on business needs and report to a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with appropriate associates.
- Process point-of-sale transactions and help resolve escalated customer issues.
- Follow up on customer requests and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
- Introduce clients to store services, including personalization and delivery options.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
