Summary

The Selling Advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role provides styling guidance and product expertise to in-store and digital clients while working toward sales and client conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-centric service and demonstrate expert styling, fashion, and brand knowledge.
• Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to serve clients and drive sales.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Build an individual business through client outreach, wardrobing, and technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail.
• Commission sales experience and experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule.
